Corey Kupfer

Corey S. Kupfer is the Founder and Managing Principal of Kupfer., PLLC, where he leads the firm’s corporate and transactional practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic deal-making, and complex corporate structuring. An entrepreneur since age 15, Corey brings a business-minded approach to law, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategist among entrepreneurs and investment advisory firms.

Corey has been deeply involved with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), serving as President of its New York Chapter and currently as a member of the Los Angeles Chapter and MyEO DealExchange Champion. Recognized by the New York Enterprise Report in 2011 with its General Corporate Law and Attorney of the Year awards, Corey is also a sought-after speaker on topics including negotiation, entrepreneurship, and business growth. He earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law and reestablished his independent firm, Kupfer., PLLC, in 2015 after over two decades of legal practice.
